The team at Tanat-Jones & Company guarantee that our commission rates cannot be bettered throughout the city of Brighton and Hove. To glean the best possible market for our properties, we use the new corporate ‘On The Market’ website and of course the well-established Latest Homes & Rightmove property portals at no extra charge to our clients.
Needless to say, we are also working closely with Latest Homes and Latest TV to promote and sell your property for the best possible price and the finest possible coverage.
In addition, we can offer full high definition photos, floorplans and EPC at a cost of ... well, ask us to value your property, and you will shocked at how cheap it can really be!
We’re delighted to announce a fantastic promotion to launch our brand new sales department. Tanat-Jones & Company was established in 1989, and 2015 marks the 26th anniversary of our business. To celebrate this, we are offering something very special – the first 26 clients to sell their property through Tanat-Jones & Company will receive a limited edition signed, framed print by illustrator Sarah Tanat-Jones (who also happens to be David's daughter!).
The print, entitled ‘The View From The Fishing Museum’, is featured on the cover of this magazine. There will be only 26 prints made, so to be in with a chance of getting one, come along and speak to us today.
David Tanat-Jones established Tanat-Jones and Company in 1989, after many years in the business working for a large chartered surveyor-based estate agency, and he specialised in the sale of all types of property.
From 1989 onwards, David has become well known and well established in the letting and management of a vast range of residential property. He is very excited at the prospect of building what is effectively a new part of the business with someone as highly thought of as Peter Hayler.
Peter Hayler is relishing a new challenge with the well-established and professional firm of Tanat-Jones and Company, at their superb office on Western Road in its commanding position opposite Norfolk Square. Peter came to Tanat-Jones after many years in a senior sales position with a well-known local Hove Estate Agent.
Tom Stott is the Lettings Manager and negotiator for the office and has worked for Tanat-Jones and Company for the past four years. He has built up an excellent and helpful rapport with both landlords and tenants and is proud to bring his extensive knowledge of matters throughout the lettings business to his everyday work.
The team is completed by Fern Gregory as administrator and negotiator, Kevin Chamberlen in accounts and Debbi Channon as part-time administrator.
