Shining the spotlight on industry excellence at Spencer & Leigh Estate Agency

L eigh Brand, a director of Spencer & Leigh Estate Agency in Patcham, Brighton, has successfully passed an NFoPP Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management. This well-respected award is not only a nationally recognised industry qualification, but is also accepted for membership of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) which is a professional, self-regulating body specialising in raising and maintaining practice standards in the UK private rental sector.

Leigh, who started his career in agency almost 20 years ago, is extremely proud of his achievement and his acceptance as a member of ARLA.

Leigh is a member of the BHEAA (Brighton and Hove Estate Agents Association) and personally oversees the letting department at Spencer & Leigh. He would be delighted to assist both potential landlords and tenants with their requirements.

Spencer & Leigh is amongst the steadily growing number of agents across the UK who are working with ARLA and the NFoPP Awarding Body to become qualified and raise standards within their field.
