Said Chris Brotherton, “After a year of discussions, meetings and presentations with Bluestorm, who own the building, and adding the key personnel required to deliver the effective management of Embassy Court, we have received the news we were hoping for - the instruction to take over the freehold management!”
Embassy Court has undergone a major journey in the past ten years, from a dilapidated neglected property to a beautifully restored example of modernist architecture, thanks to the perseverance of the Bluestorm freehold company and the vision of Conran & Partners.
Harper Stone is a fast-growing company, which now has a team of eight, manages in excess of 150 freehold buildings with over 1000 units for a range of clients, large and small, heritage and modern, across the south of England from Kent to Devon and including blocks from two to 72 units in size.

Chris Brotherton, who started his career with a small local managing agent and has subsequently worked in London for big names including Cluttons LLP and Farrar Property Management, refers to Harper Stone as delivering a London quality product with a Brighton fronted approach.
“We are absolutely determined to put Harper Stone well and truly on the map, and there is no better way of achieving this than winning a flagship instruction like this,” continued Chris Brotherton.
With a focus on building a strong, recognisable brand that inspires confidence and is associated with high end service delivery and competence, Harper Stone is pioneering a new approach in an often misunderstood industry.
