Oakley Residential’s Tide Mills ‘Move Maker’ project launches stunning new houses from £289,950
Oakley New Homes are pleased to be able to offer to the market four stunning new homes at Tide Mills, on Denton Corner in Newhaven. The houses are being released from £289,950 and the developers are offering some great ‘Move Maker’ incentives for early reservations.
Manager David Beaken commented; “With the launch of the show home we are releasing four luxury 3-bedroom family homes, that are located in a great spot between Newhaven and Seaford, having stunning views across the Tide Mills Nature Reserve and Seaford Bay. The houses benefit from a contemporary architectural design, but use traditional building materials and enjoy an elevated position, hence the incredible views.”
The internal specifications are superb and this can be seen in the show home that has been completed for the launch. The kitchens have a real ‘wow factor’ and are fully fitted shaker style kitchens, positioned at the front of the houses, with all the appliances integrated. The open plan living room/dining area opens out onto a decked area with steps leading down to the rear lawned and fenced generous gardens, all overlooking Tide Mills. Also on the ground floor is a large cloakroom with space allowing homeowners to retro-fit a shower if required. There is also a large storage cupboard which has plumbing to fit a washing machine.
David Beaken continued; “The homes have lots of lovely finishing touches which the developers have really thought about. There is a generous allocation of TV and telephone points, recessed down lights, a bespoke timber front door, oak flooring in all the ground floor living spaces and energy efficiency has really been thought about. In this regard there is a gas condensing boiler heating system, which helps to deliver high efficiency and precise control, backed up by the added extra of solar photovoltaic panels, helping to provide free electricity, with the option to enter a ‘feed in tariff’ so you can be paid for the electricity you generate”.
On the first floor are two double bedrooms and a large single which could be used as a home office, dressing room, hobby room or nursery. The master bedroom has an ensuite whilst there is a well appointed family bathroom.
The developers are also offering an early incentive to purchase one of these beautiful homes from the launch – a ‘Move Maker’ offer is available where early reservations will benefit from their stamp duty and conveyancing costs being paid as part of the offer. The development is also registered for Help to Buy.
David Beaken added; “These new homes will be available to view on Saturday 7 February from 10am to 3pm, and Sunday 8 February from 11am to 2pm. Please call or email to arrange a suitable time to view these luxury homes. If you are unavailable for this launch weekend, other viewing times are always available on request.
Prices start at £289,950. Please call 01273 487444 or email email@example.com to arrange a viewing, or for more information.
